My Insurance Claim’s response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Our priority is to protect the health and safety of our staff, their families and our clients, and to ensure the continuity of services to our clients.
In light of the country-wide transition to Alert Levels 2 and 3, we want to let you know that your My Insurance Claim team remain available for appointments and meetings by phone, Skype or video conference.
Our teams are well resourced to work remotely and we have increased our capability in remote arrangements to ensure that we can continue to operate safely, and provide high quality service to our clients.
We will continue to monitor the situation daily, and implement responses to COVID-19 in line with advice from the New Zealand Government.
